The Foundation partners and works with other socio-civic organizations in advocating its programs. For instance, with the Haribon Foundation, the Kapuso Foundation conducts its Kapuso sa Kalikasan project. This is a tree-planting activity held in the direct vicinity of schools that had been reconstructed by the Foundation such as in Aurora, Quezon and Nueva Ecija. This event is conducted precisely in the effort to prevent soil erosion so that landslide in those affected schools might be averted.
Finally, with the Philippine National Red Cross, the GMA Kapuso Foundation conducts an annual blood-letting project known as the Sagip Dugtong Buhay. Since the launch of this program in 1996, individuals and groups come together, on the birthday of Ms. Carmela C. Tiangco, to donate blood, and, literally, to offer something concrete that comes from their heart.
